Terms and Conditions
- Interested candidates for Nominations of awards must fill in the registration form and the assessment form. The assessment form must reach My Events Sdn Bhd before 25th March 2010.
- Following the notification of successful nomination of awards, the award winner for the respective category will agree to sponsor the tables as per the amount discussed earlier. A full payment is required within 7 working days upon receiving invoice. A receipt will be issued on payment. We reserve the right to refuse admission if payment is not received on time.
- Alterations / Changes: While every reasonable effort will be made to adhere to the details as advertised,
My Events Sdn Bhd reserves the right to change event dates, sites, locations or omit event features, or
merge the event with another event, as it deems necessary without penalty and in such situation, no
refunds, part refunds or alternative offers shall be made.
- Cancellation: In the event that My Events permanently cancels the event for any reason whatsoever,
(including, but not limited to any force majeure occurrence) and provided that the event is not
postponed to a later date not is merged with another event, the Client shall receive a credit note for the
amount that the client has paid such permanently cancelled event, valid up for six months to be used at
another My Events event. No refund, part refunds or alternative offers shall be made.
- Withdrawal of Participation: Any withdrawal from participation after the submission of registration form
or assessment form will be charged with a penalty fee of RM 1,000. Withdrawal of participation must be
received in writing by mail or by fax.
- Copyright: All intellectual property rights in all materials produced or distributed by My Events in
connection with this event is expressly reserved and any unauthorized duplication, publication or
distribution is strictly prohibited.
- Data Protection: Clients confirms that it has requested and consented to My Events retaining client
information on My Events group companies database to be used by My Events group companies and
passed to selected third parties, to assist in communicating products and services which may be of
interest to the client. If the client wishes to stop receiving such information, please inform My Events.
- Client hereby acknowledges that he/she specifically authorizes that My Events charge the credit card
listed above for the amount provided herein; that this Contract is valid, binding and enforceable; and
that he/she has no basis to claim that any payments required under this Contract at any time are
improper, disputed or unauthorized in any way. Clients acknowledges that they have read and
understood all terms of this contract, including without limitations, the provisions relating to
cancellation.
Process
1. Invitation
An invitation will be sent to your company to join the nomination for Malaysia Business Leadership Awards. Self-nomination will also be accepted.
2. Awards Nomination
Register for the Nomination of awards by completing the registration and assessment form given by the organizer. You can choose to receive the forms by fax / online / click here to download.
Please send in the completed Registration & Assessment Form by 25th March 2010, 6pm together with applicable supporting materials and the signed agreement of terms & conditions.
Feedback (Nomination entry only)
You can choose to collect the feedback from the judges. This is a full documented report outlining the relative performance of your entry in relation to the rest of the competitors. This feedback will be useful and can be use as a benchmark to measure your company performance in the competition.
3. Auditing & Judging
Once documentation submitted is screened to be complete, all documents will be passed on to the auditing firm for authentication. The judging process will come after the authentication by a panel of judges who will decide based on criteria.
4. Notification
The winner will be notified as soon as the result has been decided by the panel of judges. The decision made by the panel of judges is final and not subject to any changes. An appointment will be made for a video shooting session which the video presentation will be arranged to be broadcasted during awards presentation. |
